We are currently seeking bids for Bathroom stall replacements
1). OLESS is requesting bids to replace bathroom stall walls and doors in Boys and Girls bathrooms and cover up the urinal station in the Boys bathroom at the Lyle Activity Center.
Bids must include statements that work bid price includes the following work will be done:

Contractor is required to have a current State of Washington contractors license and proof of bond if bid is over $10,000. Labor costs must conform to relevant prevailing wages per Washington State Department of Labor and Industries available on their web site.
Bids must include statements that work bid price includes the following work will be done:
- Removal and disposal of the existing metal stalls. Disposal should be through metal waste recycle center at the Lyle Gas station
- The brand name and warranty of the proposed stalls. Graffiti resistant material is desired. Stalls to be style and materials used as industry standard for public restrooms and may not be made of plywood.
- Choice of stall colors must be provided for the board to select once the bid is awarded.
- The urinal station does not work and needs to be covered to prevent use or made useable. The board is open to suggestions by the contractor.
- Bid is to include toilet paper and paper towel holders.
