The 2016 Washington State Legislature approved a grant for the community of Lyle to restore the Lyle Activity Center. The OLESS board is accepting bids for some of the projects still to do.

Total cost including labor & material. Labor costs must conform to relevant prevailing wages per Washington State Department of Labor and Industries available on their web site *

I understand payment will be made monthly. Invoice must include description of work completed, be dated and include before and after photographs of the work completed.
I understand any change order or cost over-runs exceeding $100 of bid must be approved in writing before proceeding with work, and any work done without approval may not be paid.
