Volunteers Needed!

Here are some of the ways you can help:  Super Supportive Little jobs to help the Lyle Park and Activity Center

Outside
1. New coat of stain on Pavillion
2. Monitor the greenspace for "goathead" weeds and pull
3. Pick-up sweep trash that collects under the east overhang.
4. Stain the picnic tables in the spring
Activities!  We want to see more!!!  
1. Organize work party to dig up weeds in the bark dust in the playground.  
2.  Arrange movies and Music in Park
3. Run a teen night/mini golf on Friday nights during winter
4. Start a FREE Day care Co op

Other ways you can help:

1. Make a cash donation to the Lyle Activity Center. Your contribution will help us pay our approximately $600 in monthly expenses to keep the building and park working plus continual renovation. 
2. Rent the building for your next party, meeting or get together. Building rental is our only source of sustainable income . To rent the building go to our Using the Building page for rates and to contact us. 
3. Donate in-kind services to help improve the building and park. What can you do for your community? 
4. Attend a class or activity at the Lyle Activity Center. Support local programming!  
5. Teach a class or activity at the Lyle Activity Center. Create local programming! 
6. Volunteer to help improve the building, maintain the park, or better yet, coordinate a project. 
7. Attend a public monthly meeting. Meeting are generally the first Tuesday of each month and generally last a little over an hour.  See our home page for next meeting time.
